Zion Women’s Fellowship, Angaston

We are a small fellowship, being fed and led by God’s Word, caring for each other, and doing what we can to help. Our big event last year was a Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser in aid of cancer research, and in honour of one of our members, Joan Habermann. As we have a large hall, being COVID-compliant was very manageable. Our speaker was a local retired doctor, speaking about the latest in cancer research. I must say the hall looked stunning. Zion Women’s Fellowship, Angaston

The Zion Women’s Fellowship, Angaston is a group of 12 women who are dedicated, cheerful, well-organised, and always willing to help. We were delighted to welcome Pastor Rob Borgas and his wife, Kriss, in 2018, who have come to us from Alice Springs. Their unique experiences in central Australia have opened our eyes to a different perspective from life in a predominantly German culture. Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of each month, with a devotion and Bible study its priority. The studies have been led by various pastors, …
