Location: The 19th Convention of Lutheran Women of Australia will be held at Unity College, Owl Drive, Murray Bridge, South Australia.

Dates: 1 October to 3 October 2024.

We look forward to hosting you in the beautiful surrounds of Unity College, using the Steeple venue for worship and meeting. Meals will be served, and displays will be staged in the Stadium. We hope that, through our Lord Jesus Christ, with times of worship, sharing in fellowship and inspiring guest speakers, you will be uplifted and find encouragement.

The program is briefly outlined below:

Tuesday 1 October – Registration from 3-5pm. Please make your own arrangements for your evening meal.
Wednesday 2 October – Registration from 8.15am. Opening Service of Convention 9am.
Wednesday 2 October – Dinner (on site) beginning 6pm.
Thursday 3 October – Continuation of Business and Speakers with Closing Service and Installation of Incoming Committee at 4pm.

Everyone who attends, including visitors, must register.

All registrations are on-line at https://cvent.me/1554l3. The site is now open for registrations.

Paper registrations

A request for a paper registration form can be made to Venue Event Manager: Maureen Turner, phone 0418 810 034 or email maureen@lutheranwomenofaustralia.org  Those who do not register will not receive any Convention material. The registration fee has been set at $40 per person, with the closing date being Wednesday 28 August 2024. All payment details will be on the registration site, by credit card or EFT.

Meals are at an extra cost and must be added during registration. Please be sure to advise of any dietary requirements when registering.

A day activity on Wednesday 2 October is planned for any men interested. Please refer to the registration site for how to participate.

ACCOMMODATION:

Please note: Accommodation – 80 rooms have been pre-booked at the BRIDGEPORT HOTEL, and these CAN ONLY BE booked with your registration on-line, at your cost. 4 storey venue with lifts. River or city views.

All other accommodation is your responsibility unless you are travelling with a group. Please refer to the list provided in the April/May 2024 Lutheran Women magazine on page 21.
