Holy Trinity Women’s Fellowship at Nuriootpa has continued to be blessed with a healthy membership of 22. Like everyone, 2020 was a challenging year but, by God’s Grace, we were able to stay connected during the three months of isolation, through phone calls and visits, including utilising our Holy Trinity Chairperson’s weekly newsletters for photos and fellowship information.
Birthdays were not forgotten as each recipient received their birthday flowers including a photo which was published in the newsletter. Our main fundraiser, “Stall in the Mall” was held later in the year and was a huge success which enabled us to support all our LWA and LWSA-NT projects. Our 77th Anniversary will be held in May 2021. The 2021 program will include a trip to the cinema, seniors luncheon, a mystery tour, a visit to Tanunda Lutheran Home for a meeting and lunch, guest speakers and our honey biscuit bake in the church hall. A sincere thank you to Pastors Mathew Ker and Damien Martin in leading us in the very interesting and sometimes different Bible studies and discussions.
