At the beginning of 2019, Trinity Women’s Fellowship, Tailem Bend became a member of the new, (SA) Mallee Parish of ten congregations from Murrayville to Karoonda. Our Fellowship continues to meet on the 4th Wednesday of the month from February to November. In January, our committee met and organised the program for the year. We have a membership of 21 and the attendance varies from 12 to 21. Once a year we have our meeting in a member’s home. Our Christian Women’s Group meets once a month with a brief business meeting followed by Bible Study, led by Pastor Peter Traeger, taken from the Lutheran Women magazine. In 2018, our April birthday trip was to Adelaide where we enjoyed a visit to Koorong Bookstore, St Peter’s Cathedral and the LLL. As the years roll by, so our numbers are decreasing with people entering nursing homes or passing on to their heavenly home. We currently have seven members attending our meetings. A fabulous, amazing, very blessed birthday meeting was held on Wednesday 11 September, 2019. Just a few of the words that were used by our ladies and guest speaker, Ruby Stodard.
