Trinity Women’s Guild, Warrnambool, was blessed to reach its 75th Anniversary on the 29 July 2020. Unfortunately, the group was unable to celebrate in the time-honoured way of fellowship with friends, good food, anniversary cake and a cuppa. Ten ladies attended the first meeting in 1945. A chance remark from a mother to her daughter resulted in a wonderful invitation to members of our Guild. That remark was along the lines of “I wonder if anyone will invite us to a ‘Seniors Luncheon’ when we’re too old to continue this service ourselves”!
