Twelve ladies from Katanning and Narrogin joined together at Dome Café in Katanning on 10 December 2020 for their annual advent lunch get together. It was a beautiful day and the lunch was very tasty. This was complemented by our favourite drink of choice. The best part was getting together, and we didn’t need to wash up! We were each presented with four Ferrero Rocher chocolates and a handmade tile coaster by Sigrid with “Jesus is the Reason for the Season” stencilled on the top.
Jan made a small Christmas cake and, when cut up, each one had a piece to finish off the afternoon.
During the lunch we were given a few quizzes to do, one was to write down next to each letter of the alphabet something to do with Christmas. A cryptic word puzzle, which indicated a song about Christmas, and another to find the words in the sentences depicting something to do with Christmas were enjoyed.
